Teacher Turned Gangsta

Teacher Turned Gangsta reflects the rigors of being a teacher especially in a difficult school. It doesn’t seek to craft an intricate plot of events but rather presents characters and how they deal with the difficulties they are presented. Through the characters of George, Charlotte, Mary and Sean, teachers in a typical state school in London, the tale is told of how a school through poor management has failed its inspection. It explores the way the teaching staff responds to the failure and the changes harsh circumstances bring. Through their eyes we witness how teachers view the profession and the way challenging circumstances alter personality.
