Although, Carnegie wrote this book years ago, he did leave a set of principles that are as relevant today as they were then. Some of his principles that any leader can easily apply in their daily lives are: Consider the other person’s perspective, praise genuinely and open – heartedly, tap on the power of enthusiasm, respect other’s dignity, keep criticism on the low, give people a good reputation to live up to, maintain in a balance between work and fun, in life and workplace.
